Position: HR Supervisor
Department : HR Department
Location : Beijing
Report To : HR Director
Position Description : mainly in charge of recruitment, staff training, performance management, employee relations and HR-related work at different stage in business development and firm-wide requirement.
Qualifications:
1. Above bachelor degree in HR management or enterprise management, etc.
2. With good command of oral teral English and Chinese.
3. With more than 5 years of HR management experience in joint-venture or full foreign-owned companies; with HR management experience in recruitment, staff training, performance management and employee relations modules.
4. Well expressive and adaptable to changes, with excellent skills in communication and problem solving.
5. With strong sense of responsibilities and professional dedication.
6. Good image, temperament and affinity are needed.
7. Proficiency in office software and HR management related software.
