Responsibilities
· Provide candidate sourcing and staffing support to management role’s recruitment.
· Build up talent pool, talent mapping and talent market analysis.
· Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters on identifying hiring needs and driving hiring process.
· Proactively research and source candidates by all channels.
· Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to access candidate’s suitability.
· Drive and participate staffing projects and programs.
· Track recruitment and keep appropriate records of activity on candidate tracking system and produce regular and reports on recruitment activities and processes.
· Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, based on the business need.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree and above.
· At least 3 years sourcing or headhunting related working experience from multinational companies.
· Experience within a resource role of automobile, high tech and high-end consumer goods industry is desired, ideally across all regional in China.
· Results driven, could deliver results with high efficiency and high quality under challenging and uncertain working environment.
· Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to support any other projects.
· Ability to multitask. An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills, both English and Chinese.
· Able to quickly develop strong, strategic and positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
