JD如下:
l 人力資源系統管理, 包括員工入職、晉升、內部調職、離職、解除勞動合同等。
l 協助制定、完善公司人力資源管理制度。
l 負責執行公司人力資源策略。
l 負責績效考核與管理工作。
l 嚴格遵守國家勞動用工政策和公司勞動管理制度。
l 負責編制培訓計劃，監管各項培訓工作。
l 員工在職問題的了解、疏導、調解、計劃建議及減低用工風險。
l 薪資調查及匯報，以供公司檢討薪酬範圍。
l 負責管理及監督總務部整體運作安排及處理，包括： 電工、公司車隊、保安、清潔工、宿舍和飯堂等。
l 負責接待、協調及跟進相關政府部門事務。
入 職 資 格：
l 持有大學本科學位或相同學歷。
l 五至十年或以上人力資源管理工作經驗。
l 熟悉人力資源招聘、薪酬、績效考核、培訓等規定和流程，熟悉國家各項勞動人事法規政策；
l 同時熟悉總務工作優先。
l 良好中文讀寫能力及基本英文，能操廣東話、普通話。
l 積極主動、良好的人際關係和溝通技巧
