Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for providing functional leadership, developing organizational strategy, building and driving employee services as well as managing day-to-day Corporate HR operations across China.
1. Act as head of HR department, dealing with all HR-related issues on all levels of hierarchy within the China-wide organization headquartered in Beijing;
2. Take leadership of small team and coordination with other departments;
3. Develop and sustain a robust HR infrastructure that scales with organizational growth and business expansion;
4. Develop and optimize HR processes to deliver qualitied HR product & service offerings;
5. Monitor country-wide HR practices are compliant to local laws and statutory/audit requirements and also consistent to regional strategic direction;
6. Ensure HRIS & its reporting are accurate and timely;
7. Establish HR metrics to drive HR operations and business decisions;
8. Other task assigned by management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in human resources in MNC environment;
2. Good knowledge of China Labor law & its related statutory regulations, and HR market practices;
3. Thorough understanding of benefit & compensation system;
4. Hands-on experience in HRIM & its project management would be an added advantage;
5. Strong influencing, communication & presentation skills with fluent English;
6. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
