In China Doosan Infracore International has 1 office located in HongQiao,Shanghai and 2 manufactories in Shanghai (Minhang) and Wu Jiang.

2、完善企业招聘制度、招聘体系及招聘流程； &Q^C:3vP 
3、分析公司人力资源需求，参与制定招聘计划并组织实施； p]y"M  
4、拟定招聘方案，组织实施招聘活动； ()I4Ubw'wl 
5、甄别、选择、建立和维护合适的招聘渠道； "ISC}L6 
6、进行工作分析，完成职位说明书以及简历甄别和招聘测试、面试、筛选、录用等； x>/CfhE,f 
7、制定招聘预算并控制执行； 8*N+ 'e|, 
8、分析、评估招聘效果； ]i<])vc 
9、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。[RWh+A6) 
任职资格： *s7AuN 
1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科以上学历； ab;GQ 
2、五年以上人事工作经验，对该领域及相关领域有三年以上工作经验者优先； 4YdccKB 
3、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉国家相关法律法规； fPK{"II2T 
4、具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识； x?_2W4 
5、英语熟练，优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。
