This position ensures tha HR related functions (mainly recruitment and C&B) are smoothly carried out in order to support the business running and development ;

Perform higher level duties in relation to the recruitment and selectiong process, shortlist candidates, liaise with recruiting agencies in China, coordinate interviews with users;

As internal consultant, implement the company’s internal communication strategy so that all employees can find, send receive and understand information that is timely, accurate, clear, credible and relevant;

Responsible for implementing the company’s labour/employee relations policy in a plant or working center, provide advice to and administer all contract and other contractual agreements if any, participate in collective employee relationship negotiations as required.
