Responsibilities: 

• Provide support on recruitment function to BJ HR manager.
• Independently screening junior level candidates’ application, scoring tests, conducting interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to the line managers, presenting offer, making reference check in compliance with corporate policies & procedures, 
• Support HR manager on middle and senior level recruitment as assigned.
• Follow up with new staff’s on board arrangement.
• Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors and work well with them.
• Manage recruitment data and staff data as assigned.
• Participate in recruitment related project as key contributor
• Other assignments by HR Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree holder.
• Solid 2-3 years recruitment experience within multinational company or recruitment agency preferred.
• Attention to detail,result-orientatedand willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong interest in dealing with people.
• Good Chinese & English skills.
• Good Computer skills-MS Office.
