Junior Tax Assistant

o    Read and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulations*8K7el: 
o    Undertake the research aspects of key projects, opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for review oE"}HNEF- 
o    Help draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects=(ZJ\G 
o    Help deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices^e(@}W%YG 
o    Help communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice;h=}elDop 
o    Help perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clientsX_[\/nC
