o    Help draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projectsXT,[-^ 
o    Help deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative officeslWc"Q,n- 
o    Help communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice;!>DhY3
 
o    Help perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clientsvt2(%q=
