Junior Tax Assistant

o    Undertake the research aspects of key projects, opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for review R3[1lJ!v 
o    Help draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects\;$Zs|xQ 
o    Help deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative officesW&T~P,tqC 
o    Help communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice;jLe:k;{H 
o    Help perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clientsj'tapX7Q7

o    Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines;5:KM3 
o    Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a plusC/Z8JH 1y

o    Good understanding of tax policies, rules and regulationsS_~;
