As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Zuora you will be responsible for finding, hiring, and growing our Software Engineering, Dev Ops and Infrastructure Engineers in San Mateo, CA. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter that is highly technical and keeps up with progressive technology. You will be involved in every stage of the recruiting process with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Delivery Team is a vital component of the recruitment process at Zuora that works very closely with hiring managers on their recruitment needs. You will be partnering with Senior Leadership on the Engineering Team to define and innovative a go to market strategy and how to attract and hire top talent. We have a small recruiting team so this is your chance to make a HUGE impact!
Requirements:
Full cycle Recruiter with a strong focus on technical roles (primarily software developers, QA engineers, Tech Ops engineers).
Establish relationships within the Engineering Leadership team and develop a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges, and team style; use this information to attract top candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to define and implement recruiting strategies that include assessing external talent and sourcing passive and diverse candidates.
Source, identify, and develop candidates.
Manage a high volume of our highest priority requisitions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail & excellent, timely communication with candidates, peers and hiring managers.
Attract, source and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing.
Cold call, manage email campaigns, network and perform other searches for qualified candidates.
Evaluate profiles of potential candidates and conduct preliminary phone screen assessments.
Manage recruiting process through all stages.
Drive offer approval and negotiation.
Build and maintain proactive relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline of talent.
