Job Description:
l Source, Recruit, Screen and Interview technical candidates.(R&D function)
l Communicate with management to learn about job order specifications.
l Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
l Coordinate interview schedules for candidates.
l Debrief candidates after interview with hiring managers .
l Develop long-term relationships with candidates, starting from the first interview, through placement, and beyond.
Job Requirements
l Bachelor or above
l CET-4 or Above
l 3 plus years recruiting experience
l 2 plus years recent technology recruiting experience
l Exceptional communication and follow-up skills
l Exceptional work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
l Ability to build loyalty and relationships with clients and prospects
Location: Futian, Shenzhen/ or Huiyang,Huizhou
