to be a group of experts, who have deep knowledge of talent market, to support all TA sourcing effectively, and achieve missions:

• Build the fundamentals for whole TA team transformation from recruiter to consultant model

• Enhance TA efficiency on supplying high-quality candidates via standardized sourcing methodology

• Drive cost saving proactively via direct sourcing and talent pipeline/pool build-up

• Provide succession plan for TA sustainable development

• Daily Openings: Daily support to consultant, including  screening, first round interview and  general comments

• Proactive Sourcing: Proactive search and talent market study for talent pipeline

• Sourcing Channel Management: Select and evaluate high quality and efficiency channels

• Talent pool Build up: Long term preparation to drive direct sourcing

• Talent mapping Data Support: Big data collection  and summary during daily recruitment
