Job Description :

Here is an exciting opportunity of the Executive Admin in supporting the Senior Manager and the team in Human Resources & Corporate Relations department. The main job responsibilities include but not limited at:

1.Provide general administrative and secretarial supports to Greater China Human Resources & Corporate Relation Director and the department,

- Set up appointments and meetings,

* Make logistic arrangements

* Prepare and disseminate meeting material and information

* Take or keep meeting minutes, as well as coordinate follow-up activities

- Arrange travel itinerary and logistics for manager and staff

- Assist manager/staff to timely develop quality business reports, functional dashboard, presentation materials, memoranda, etc.

- Maintain department files and records, manage and communicate them well with appropriate confidentiality sense

- Assist manager manage calendar, make it productive and effective

- Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors, respond to requests for general information

- Place Purchase Orders for the department and follow up with delivery, payment and other steps in the process

- Other general office duties

2. Contribute to functional programs and department key priorities

- Provide admin and logistic support to HR & CR programs, be the coordinator as needed

- Assist manager or staff in program execution – including coordination, communications, material development and following up work to ensure program smooth delivery.

- May own some programs as assigned, e.g. some Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
