Online Sales Consultant 网络在线销售顾问 （北京）

Reporting to: E-Commerce Department Manger

Job Purpose:

The Online Direct Sales Supervisor supports.

Responsibilities:

□   Provide consultation on pre and after sales by online chatting and 400 phone (6:00PM-10:00PM) 负责网络销售的售前、售中及售后，以及网络销售热线（下午6点到10点）

□   Sell products through the company home webpage，TMall and/or Taobao Stores通过公司官网网销平台、天猫、淘宝等平台销售公司产品

□   Arrange daily delivery to customer 完成公司内部的销售订单并安排日常发货和产品配送

□   Deal with after sales inquiries and help to coordinate with different apartments to get customers’ problem solved 协助解决售后问题

□   Report KPI 统计网络销售数据和关键指数。

□   Assist in administrative and other tasks from the manager  完成经理安排的其他辅助性工作。

此岗位要求英语良好，并且适应倒班工作。
