• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; g|s5#4v!v 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineersm|)Jm{d2 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growthGvy#& 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; 6uP{\:7? 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;"FJRDqB^ 
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talents)D`[cW./ 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivityP<Wl_BU/ 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; }"e'acDF 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; Dz=/5=Hi 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  %IY[whV 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; d=QbmfLmj 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision makingm{s ?e_&o 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible businesss#UNwmIo, 
• Asst. on other ad-hoc HR affairs.                                                  dkM

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; ]+_:Z<k 
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; |Hjg]_ 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;Xq^Q>Qs&`{ 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; `7Wp 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; kQlKhkpi 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; ]h, a}Wb 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.6&2$"pq:{ 
• Good team player
