• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; eU_Ysg 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineers.Uo%m3 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growth|!=1=SSpm 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; dKA_HuZd- 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;TBvZc_3 
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talents 85

• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivity&v-[]U 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; mB4ZNTcK4 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; =~#}O.Lc 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  hc( y 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; P#\pV3 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision making{?t^[
 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible business|+z$/I

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; -_y`CE}L 
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; h^fpB df 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;dYq\duYEL 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; |>TS;Mv 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; [c, |NE8
