• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; !3ysPR%eM 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineers\idyd- 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growthb.Sb+u\ 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; X qg,J$[ 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;<G]w sJ= 
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talentsLa#iP$OD 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivityIXtRf@4~ 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; F77]M&!:e 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; f83:E%/{Y. 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  hR#NQOF 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; HA:TC|k 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision making!s[~ <1) 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible business^kH$:^Hd

Requirements:ow'#3F/N 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; WP|?z']9UK 
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; Va(Q)  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;8

• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; kl, 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; jnFJ-3r! 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; jr+"CA 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.{fin=|$mw
