• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineers0FG_d!D 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growthL(Kkia8 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; I@2%@ QT 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;fT8MUI{R 
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talentsIzKQLK!i 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivity.",WJ9}I 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; YA<R89g8 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; "UqmZ  
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  {]0hI7 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; 85qYM~ 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision makingEZj9E(a) 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible businessmB~auTy+

Requirements:zm@)E! 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; \m~q]ex" 
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; sv)>9'>Y 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;#U&1`CZ^$ 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; ,3+RQ 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; Qn^n :^ 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; +Tc 5Vx 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.T3Uu<sB 3
