• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; @],DHDG; 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineers-7V<:}L& 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growth*ENca##6b 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; uvJm) ; 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;9txz[er 
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talents&2Y7LHtL@2 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivity[h-`hnZQ 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; |IW01B 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; mdf&R47* 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;   W5(7IW7 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; m_l I 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision makingRN_n7E"F 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible business*y9{T*#

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; a_aG~ 
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; !E$` JH 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;]X0l 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; __P1mF4z 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach;  #pfVCXq 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; H+llDh 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.567tGLri
