• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; 0KK"-H3G 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineersCY[QyR7"W 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growth ~;F_hUM' 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; MN~}g';i8 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;Y{vagM 
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talentsOFy1>w 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivity[:lLT(p 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; t>b<$7&_ 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; E*

• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  1ll

• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; tJFK ?m}xQ 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision makingnyYG,9 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible business/t& B:"[q

Requirements:=,XA#9xlV 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; ^<h },{R9 
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; pC0z<gfB 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;-b[KA&EE8 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; h

• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; ACp1[  
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; N;PP]@6x 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software._[u"=MNEo/
