The Payroll & Relocation Global Service Line Leader has overall responsibility for the payroll and relocation process on a global level. The role helps to design, maintain and execute the overall global payroll strategy.
【主要工作职能】
§ Develops, maintains and executes the global payroll strategy including in-source/outsource decisions and managing vendor relationships.
§ Monitors client satisfaction for payroll and relocation and maintains effective and efficient service by flexing strategy and staff to meet the needs of company and the employe.
【日常工作内容】
§ Responsible for global payroll processes that serve 11,000+ Dow Corning employees; 29 countries and 30+ vendors
§ Serves as the tier 3 escalation for payroll and relocation teams
§ Review and approve the work product and activities of the Payroll team to ensure all payroll activities are performed according to company policies, implementing appropriate checks, balances, audit trails and trending analysis where required
§ Partners with Business Process Manager to ensure adequate technology is in place and maintained to support both in-sourced payroll processes and interfaces for outsourced payrolls
§ Ensures compliance with key controls, monitors audit findings and implements corrective actions as necessary
§ Continuously assess the payroll systems and processes for gaps and inefficiencies and develop recommendations for improvements as necessary to ensure accurate and efficient processing in a highly controlled environment.
【学历及工作经历要求】
§ Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent
§ 8+ years experience in payroll or payroll related processes
§ Previous work experience managing global payroll teams
§ Previous work experience in foreign assignments and/or expatriate payroll
§ Finance and/or tax experience
§ Certified Payroll Professional, or equivalent
§ Excellent English language skills
