岗位描述
1. Managing monthly payroll & Benefits - Make sure the payroll process aligned with applicable rules and policies. - Maintain payroll system ensuring that data and calculations are accurate.
Take full responsibility of the payroll data collection and review, such as Stock, severance calculation, salary adjustment data, benefits data, attendance record, OT, sales incentive, etc.
Release payment on time.
Review payroll and arrange payment timely.
Maintain and release individual pay slips online timely. - Handle and follow up the unsuccessful transaction of payment efficiently,
Communicate with employees and JPMG bank timely. - Review social benefits reports and arrange payment timely. - Administrate on social benefits transfer, maternity insurance balance calculations and so on.
Operate monthly Long-term savings plan and manage the payments according to vesting schedule.
Make sure all the payroll & benefits related documents are filled properly.
2. Individual Income Tax - Monthly income tax filing and payment on time.
