Job Description & Responsibilities Co_G+'z 
• Work with HR Managers and LoS Partners/ Managers to maximise the retention of staff.<0*WB+- 
• Assist HR Leadership/Manager in developing and implementing people management strategy and programs. 0h"(D|f 
• Provide effective people management guidance, coaching and tools to assist Line Partners and Managers in coaching, developing and retaining their staff. +1uJAm 
• Facilitate annual performance management processes, including: assignment review, performance review, promotions, and remuneration review. {8oExK& 
• Manage up poor performers, and disciplinary action where required.WV[Kx` 
• Manage Employee relationship by conducting exit interview, participating focus group meeting, & etc."_! FQ- 
• Coordinate Graduate Recruitment (GR) process by identifying good candidates and working with GR team, partners and managers for entire GR process.1Fca&;@5u 
• Work with cross-territory teams in national HR project implementation.d 0P8o
