Junior Tax Assistant
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
o Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns.
o Prepare the required sample application documents;
o Read and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulations
o Undertake the research aspects of key projects, opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for review
o Help draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects
o Help deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices
o Help communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice;
o Help perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clients
o Help advise on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning;
Job Requirements
o Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines
o Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a plus
o working experience in tax/finance function is a plus
o Good understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations
o Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service
o Be mature, proactive, motivated with strong sense of teamwork
o Good sense of business, consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure
o Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills

Bachelor graduates in finance, accounting and auditing
Fluent in business English and business Chinese;business French will be advanced.

Good interpersonal skills will be appreciated.
Qualification on CPA is an advantage.
