• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; 'Cr~WPi5 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineersnL1Ljg 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growthd5Y`L.s 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; @HZn1U  
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;sR\i!7h 
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talents4Qr(wRb 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivityDzAoDE]q 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; \qs6l]X' 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; VVUYD#+Xa 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  T.DlQ{{ 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; c`9X9 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision making0d et\ ;z 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible businessAQ`WJSd

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; ^2<J)\N  
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; DFiUa(vgR 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;?'I)4 O,UY 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; y@Q =Wz3 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; nSJ >tA-V( 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; 7gX|''^ 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.M0$XGN^"
