• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; qUfw(: 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineers.1C/L$?  
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growth-(8,0)f 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; 6-E|T#vU 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;k OY  
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talentsd%8WC0O; 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivity$u:1qqC|m 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; $ob*HhH 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; sasd 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  MzOP'[6d 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; XCg

• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision making Gz[{[yR 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible businessXWZ<{<j

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; x;67at{K 
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; Q Qm1jEAh 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;;PX0Fv.TG 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; J`?8\,A 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; r$f\Fp'V 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; P )b\ \N* 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.FoAXx/
