Job description:
• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request;
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineers
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growth
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview;
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talents
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivity
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process;
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures;
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks;
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision making
