• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; 2R.n^"4%^c 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineersC6QZQjDHN 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growth'\ m3X'C 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; /CTW(LWf' 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;_wjGY<y|  
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talents;Mm!7Ix3 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivityPA^/m 7o 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; |j}}`sd 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; 5'auF"i\ 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;   0d#ElU 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks;  udFMFP}QL 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision making,OjO66
 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible businesssX6,>B(

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; cge([< 
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; WZ68

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;#<<UpqCH 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task; [e1ORkS b 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; N!NZ>:1 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; #K(i[F3 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.&iZ,CFE
