• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineersj4@fEUG 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growthxs*(tspuL 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; ]JMUER@IY 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;gv

• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talents$2di$bB 
• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivityHT%)MB 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; ;m*~')vOD 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; J>7dD2=v 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  ;Kd!5BI AZ 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; k@NQa`6Du 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision making-( KVY 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible businesstc"pK8#f6

Requirements:tnVQFb\\x 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; SQL %[  
• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; ;|"\H '0Zq 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;Gp

• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; #_ tH" 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; wbvxYfD
