• Communicate with Microsoft hiring manager in analysis hiring request; \4zTCB: 
• Recruit talents at all levels including managers, professionals and engineersO~[CZE7C& 
• Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growth<zX4-CcU 
• Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview; ,7!\AN&[ 
• Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;ODV,Qa\, 
• Partner with business leadership on tactics of sourcing and attracting talentsA^ap

• Optimize sourcing channels to enhance sourcing effectiveness and productivityoJ{ fpH 
• Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process; O:~=7Q 
• Prepare contract and offer letter and process the on-boarding procedures; vWs@P2H IK 
• Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;  r'6MU.` 
• Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks; +K8PKg 
• Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision makingp=9h,UJY 
• Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contract needs for responsible business?CW){{GC

Requirements:@r}=< 4 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English or related disciplines; Q)

• 5-8 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm or high-tech industry; Z

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;jU lL"^K3 
• Positive attitude and able to take multi task;  F|L!SCP 
• Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach; m593(?1V 
• Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry; ?.q(%zO$M^ 
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.?x1-b<
