Job Duty:
1、Arrange and organize travels for Executive Management
2、Transmit messages; make meeting arrangements, appointments for Executive Management
3、Write correspondence and office memo, set up/maintain filing system, handling files, copies

Requirement:
1.      University education background with major in business administration an advantage
2.      Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience in an executive support capacity
3.      Supporting experience in project management preferred
4.      Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
5.      Proficient knowledge of IT and MS Office tools.
6.      Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally
7.      Excellent communication skills in a fast paced environment, remaining proactive,
8.      resourceful and efficient
9.      Capability of acting independently and well organized
10.   Ability to maintain flexibility and easily adapt to continuous changes
11.   High level of professionalism and commitment to maintain confidentiality

Languages
12.Good command of business English, both spoken and written, with Chinese as mother language.
