服务期限、形式:外包6个月,到期转正式编制机会极大
工作内容:
1.Responsible for planning and organizing various meetings, banquets and big events.
2.Making all appointments and travel arrangements for GM.
3.Maintain a daily, weekly, monthly and calendar of his appointments and activities.
4.Support GM’s daily work
5.Arrange visitor’s visit,
6.Support air-ticket and hotel arrangements
7.Database input
8.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
任职要求:
1.College or Bachelor degree or above.
2.Minimum 1~2 years’ relevant secretarial experience in multinational companies.-
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
4.Good computer skills in WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT
5.Independent, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and highly self-motivated.
6.Can work under pressure.
