Experience
- Minimum 15 years overall experience in Talent Development with proven results of talent development for both middle and senior management.
- Must have experience of designing, creating, implementing and measuring Talent Development programs for the entire organization and then measuring results of the program.
- Must have knowledge and experience of managing a Learning Department and designing KPIs for the same.
- Must have knowledge and experience of managing a Recruiting Department and designing KPIs for the same.
- Experience in managing/leading/coaching a team of Learning & Recruiting consultants.
- Must be well versed in a number of training programs such as TTT, Technical, Non- Technical, Leadership, Customer Service, Cross-Cultural and Behavioral training. Must have experience of designing content and delivering these programs in the English language.
- Must have experience of rolling out training programs in multiple countries and managing the learning needs of different countries/nationalities.
Education
- Bachelors or Masters in Science and or Arts

- Flexible to accommodate extensive travel within China as well as overseas (both short or long term as per the business needs) 15%-20% of the travel will be to Chennai, India – where our office is located.
- Must be willing to sign a 3 year contract and be based out of Dongguan, China
- Above 38 years of age
