Ⅳ. Qualification
o At least 3 years proven working experience in IT service and support
o Proven hands-on server/Windows technical skills
o Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English (must)
o Windows admin experience and skills.
o Visual server/Citrix experience and skills
o MCSE certificate.
o MNC experience
o Minimum BS degree in Computer Science or relevant
Ⅲ. Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement global IT standard and process in LUX environment in SOMC.
• Provide on duty 24x7 SLA based LUX support and service globally in SOMC.
• Responsible for day to day LUX operations in APAC/China and provide LUX support to R&D and IT projects mainly in APAC/China.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd LUX support to EOC.
Ⅳ. Qualification
• At least 3 years proven working experience in Linux OS administration or Linux based software development.
• Proven hands-on experience of installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux based systems.
• Familiar with SUSE/Ubuntu distribution.
• Strong competence in shell programming and familiar with at least one script programming language: Perl, Python etc.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good English written and speaking skills (must)
• MNC experience
• Minimum BS degree in Computer Science or relevant
Network Engineer
20 Monitoring – monitor global Sony Mobile infrastructure using given tools, identify outages and take counteractive measures
10 IPT 1st & 2nd line support – support end user with Cisco IPT related problems such as new accounts, password changes, voicemail accounts, etc.
20 FW & proxy service request changes – manage changes on Juniper FW’s and BlueCoat & F5 proxies based on requests received through internal ticketing system
15 WAN outage investigation and escalation to external provider- interact with global provider AT&T to resolve site outages
35 1st line support for transitioned infrastructure services including windows services, database operations, operational license management, AD services and Linux/Unix servers. The scope of EOC 1st support will eventually expand to cover all Infrastructure competence areas in 2013.
