*Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities.;MA 3zk=]Y 
*Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing.uX1q4K{m 
*P-File and labor contract management."f{R\#GBa 
*HRIS maintenance, ensure data in company Peopleportal correct and update in time.j;/7&W 
*Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and update org chart.kGEH

*Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task.

Basic Qualifications:'hXA"$>9 
-University degree or above, major in human resources in a plus.}6jKX8K 
-Can work under high pressure and fast growing environment.p bW_~] 
-Service oriented, excellent communication skills.:1Z<B 
-Very familiar with Labor law and all related policies.n-8%|2 
-Excellent Excel and MS office skills. C8{RfKWw 
-Team player, responsible and patient personality. !/H $,K= 
-Good English skills both in speaking and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:S)k@^_`i4 
The candidate will have at least 5+ years experiences in HR related work. Ideally in fast-paced, multi-national logistic, express or manufacturing industry and operators hiring、be Good at salary welfare  and management experience is a plus.
