*Hiring strategies making and candidates pool building.3s]U?y: 
*Hiring agency management and searching.  d `BCY 
*Control on-board, exit process, associates hiring and training activities. k- 
*Employee communication, retention, employee complains feedback and employee activities organizing.^`gw"h}U6 
*P-File and labor contract management.;<kw=j^4  
*HRIS maintenance, ensure data in company Peopleportal correct and update in time.pj3b (Q\ 
*Prepare weekly, monthly, annual HRM report and update org chart.- O6{ 
*Participate in HR related projects and other assigned temporary task.

Basic Qualifications:3E^%{nO7]e 
-University degree or above, major in human resources in a plus.5a7yB  
-Can work under high pressure and fast growing environment.nygO mUZ$ 
-Service oriented, excellent communication skills.7\m\'wYL 
-Very familiar with Labor law and all related policies.:^ Lp$Fu 
-Excellent Excel and MS office skills. %W1GKD)R 
-Team player, responsible and patient personality. # V)$}<1 
-Good English skills both in speaking and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:9> VtrLm 
The candidate will have at least 5+ years experiences in HR related work. Ideally in fast-paced, multi-national logistic, express or manufacturing industry and operators hiring、be Good at salary welfare  and management experience is a plus.
