·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;g"s'y6OP 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;D9!@ HvX 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;r91VUT< 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;0G\%M"T 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. C* n\UOe

Key Requirements:lE_um 
·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;>@PMX/; 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;!Af)p9&Ce 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. LN(h9OX;7 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;@U%h <
