·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;e&g5Frifq 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management; v&#\]l 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;1)0O&S1 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;FAanEsTw 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. UY^zM v[

Key Requirements:Dh4QkjQJ: 
·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;*|IXS -{ 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;kJ*|{_wq 
·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. ol|8+;8gT 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;0;=ikii[ 
·         A creative thinker and a high achiever, with the ability to work independently;T"$VPL<#qN 
·         A client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness;'!:.qE1/
