·         Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates and interview, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time;#{N+~v9; 
·         Work closely with Key Account Manager or Sr. Consultants on candidate management;yJB(9M0 
·         Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities;<{:S6/~Q 
·         Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's knowledge systems so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities;d6{2zf{ 
·         Inform the Consultants of any potentially strong future candidates identified and provide professional Candidates Interview Report. rXT`

·         An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree (e.g., MBA.) is desired;>Zn' {/. 
·         Good intellect, able to think around issues and to develop ideas into practical solutions;iB$

·         Good communication skills, proficient in English and good literature foundation. HRH*59$y; 
·         An appetite to learn and be part of the research – consult process;X5AS~)Hlc
