4. Office maintenance incl. Meeting room facilities, regular fixing, layout changing,etc. +_OK c'Q 
5. Office Renovation: incl. work station installing, Storage management, and other space renovation, etc. )oeRog>mw 
6. House keeping and Ayi Management (vSA!Mk 
7. Relation ship with the landlord incl Ayi for toilet, project permission Application ,mailing, etc 6IS$Zz\]`N 
8. Office Content Insurance 38E.HWY

Qualifications:  lt/ nj
