2. Visitor Control aY{x Ap 
3. Purchasing: incl. stationery, Catering, Business card !'eW VP 
4. Office maintenance incl. Meeting room facilities, regular fixing, layout changing,etc. )TUmhS5rb 
5. Office Renovation: incl. work station installing, Storage management, and other space renovation, etc. nxyH _wIM 
6. House keeping and Ayi Management jGx: o] 
7. Relation ship with the landlord incl Ayi for toilet, project permission Application ,mailing, etc "1W4=bY  
8. Office Content Insurance ,Buuy;EL/

Qualifications: 6[g@ "*b 
1.  Female Y |O7 
2.  Bachelor degree or above >}$ZIl#n 
3.  Good Communication Skills, service minded and team spirit `?r*s#*m 
4.  Good Computer skills especially in Microsoft Office 'J(`XrQ^C 
5.  Good at English both in written and spoken @Il2=JXh
