HR Specialist-Red Hat-北京朝阳区

The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a People Generalist to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will focus on manager and associate inquiries and processes for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. You’ll serve as an advisor on a broad range of HR matters and queries, from compensation and benefits to performance management and career development, retention, and separations.

         o    Focus primarily on manager and associate inquiries and processes for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan; serve as an advisor on a broad range of HR matters and queries     

         o    Resolve routine as well as non-standard queries in collaboration with HR managers, business partners, or global HR teams as appropriate     

         o    Advise on standard employment relation matters in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan; conduct meetings with associates and managers, moderate discussions, assess situations, and provide adequate solutions and resolutions in collaboration with the HR manager     

         o    Serve as the policies and process expert for the China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan and bridge the gap when these do not exist     

         o    Manage daily standard and non-standard HR administrative activities     

         o    Develop and contribute to new HR initiatives and programs for the region in close cooperation with HR managers, business partners, and global HR functional teams to ensure market adequacy, accuracy, and alignment with global guidelines     

         o    Manage local and regional projects and deliver multiple HR programs across the region together with other HR advisors, covering a broad range of topics from performance and benefits to HR service delivery optimization     

         o    Contribute to the overall team strategy and service delivery to customers while being an ambassador of the company culture and values   

         o    Relevant degree    

         o    5+ years of experience in an HR generalist role    

         o    Solid experience in local employment law and employment relation matters in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan    

         o    Solid communications and stakeholder management skills    

         o    Ability to work without direct supervision and with initiative
