PRIMARY OBJECTIVES/
MISSION
Execute the organization’s learning and development strategy through designing, delivering and administering training workshops and development  programs in accordance with the organization’s talent development plan to develop competent workforce

DESCRIPTION
ü  Effectively implement talent development strategy through training and organizational programs’ design and execution against established budget and policies
;$W TdS< 
ü  Partners with Managers/Supervisors to assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation.   Conduct proper communication with key stakeholders in communicating the training resources.
ü  Develop training plans and identify appropriate resources for implementation
ü  Interpret and administer talent development procedure and policies

ü  Coordinate Engie University and Engie School curriculum and learning resources to be adopted and meet local BU needs

ü  Evaluate external vendors and consulting firms’ performance to ensure high standard of service.  Maintain partnership with the external vendors.

ü   Maintain learning records and system in a timely manner
ü  Support Organization Change programs through administering planned activities and coordination of participation
