1、协助招聘专员进行侯选人相关资料的收集、分类、整理；  

2、通过不同渠道搜索且定期追踪潜在候选人情况；  

3、负责面试安排、接待和反馈跟踪工作；  

4、协助招聘专员整理归纳招聘情况；  

5、招聘模块人才库的建立和完善

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；  

2、较好的沟通能力，能熟练使用word、excel、ppt等办公软件，熟悉互联网招聘平台，有相关经验优先；  

3、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及人际交往能力；  

4、责任心强、踏实敬业、富有团队合作精神；  

5、2019年及之后毕业的在校生，每周至少实习4天，持续实习6个月以上
