l  Maintain/update employee data (personal files/employee change records etc.) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

l  Work with HR service provider on payroll calculation/social insurances/housing funds/IIT filing etc, make sure all deliveries are accurate

l  Work with benefits service provider to ensure timely launch and renewal of all benefits programs

l  Act as the interface of HRIS, ensure smooth running and upgrade of HRIS systems,

l  Manage onboarding and exit by coordinating with Talent team and BU to ensure the processes are in compliance. 

l  Knowledge of labor law and relevant employment policies, be responsive to changes of related law and regulations and keep company policies consistent with prevailing ones;

l  Answer employees’ questions regarding employee relations, C&B etc. Set effective communication mechanism between HR Ops and internal clients

1.     Bachelor degree or above

2.     3 years' HR Ops working experience in MNC or Internet/high-tech industry; SAP experience is a plus

3.     Professional, analytical and proactive

4.     Good command of English
