Handle HR Operations activities including but not limited to employee on board, internal transfer, probation, contract renewal, exit process, applications etc.

Responsible for new employees’ onboarding process and coordinate on orientation training,

Work with employees & visa agency on residence card renewal, work permit etc.

Assist HR Manager to work with all functions to collect their training needs to offer learning solutions proposals to meet function needs.

Responsible for HRIS system maintenance. MyOffice, SAP etc.

Assist HR Manager in preparing HR month end report including contact list/org chart/turnover report etc.

Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above

At least two years working experience in HR function

Solid knowledge in labor law and practices

Effective use of MS Word , Excel and Powerpoint

Good in both written and oral English

Detail oriented, patient and good interpersonal skills

Able to work with structure and plans
