   Prepares Shipping material.

   Maintains Shipping records.

   Prepare inbound shipment labeling with appropriate labels for identification.

   Work with Warehouse supervisor to ensure daily operation comply with EHS policies and regulations during any operation at all times, including people safety, product safety, DG transportation, etc.;

   Inbound & outbound and stock accuracy control. Implement 5S activity continuously to build up a tidy environment to prevent any contamination.

   Review and audit outbound freight bills for billing accuracy; prepare and submit routine reports on time. Monitor and maintain good condition for freezing equipment.

   Effectively lead cross-functional root cause and corrective action to resolve customer-related shipping issues.

Qualification:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Professional schools or associate bachelor’s degree major in Organic Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, logistics or related areas;

Experience:

•     No working experience command

Knowledge and Skills:

•     Familiar with Microsoft office, SAP knowledge would be a plus.

•     Strong sense of responsibility, good service consciousness, diligent, steadfast, team spirit, need to work overtime

•     careful, positive, the good faith

   Able to read and write in basic English

   Good health, non-smoker
