工作地点：徐汇淮海中路环贸广场（地铁1、10、12号线陕西南路站下） 

合同签约中智公司，首次签1年，可续。

Job Duties 

1、Provide daily employee data service including managing/coordination of information in ticketing self-service, data maintenance in SAP 

2、Monthly/Annual Supplementary Insurance Documents Preparation and related support 

3、Timely follow up with service provider for relocation support (immigration, housing search, moving, temporary living hotel booking) 

4、Track expatriate benefit reimbursement item in system 

5、Rewards Project Support per the request 

6、Rewards Vendor Billing and Payment Follow-up 

7、 Document Filling

Requirements: 

1、University degree 

2、2Y+ working experience in HR Service department of international company. 

3、Have General knowledge and Service mindset in HR service function (includes Data service, Payroll & Benefit Service, Taxation, International Mobility Service etc..) 

4、Quick learner and Time Management 

5、Strong Communication skills 

6、Good Oral and written English 

7、Able to handle multi-task 

8、SAP experience as a plus
