Job Summary工作总结：

Present accurate financial analysis result, offer financial accordance for management decision making.

提供准确有效财务分析结果，为管理决策提供财务依据。

Essential Functions基本职能：

Budget management, risk analysis management, internal control management.

预算管理职能，风险分析职能，内控管理职能。

Scope and Accountability具体工作职责：

Timely present LRP, annual budget, monthly forecast, risk and opportunity report, financial internal management analysis report, monthly variance analysis report.

Program profitability, quotation and investment control.

Budget report, closing report upload to Hyperion system.

Budget control related.

According with company business issue, analyze the responsibility from financial side; propose recommendation and opinions by financial feasibility analysis etc.

按时编制中长期财务预算，年度财务预算，月度财务滚动预测，风险和机会分析报告，财务内控分析报告，月度结账差异分析。

项目获利能力分析, 产品报价及投资管理。

预算报告、结账报告上传Hyperion系统。

预算控制相关工作。

根据公司业务实情，分析财务合理性，提出可行性财务分析建议和其他工作。

Qualification Requirements任职资格：

Knowledge知识：

Bachelor degree of financial / Industry Engineer or relative major.

财经相关专业或工业工程专业本科学历以上。

Skills技能：

Apply office, ERP and other financial analysis tool, fluent English.

Office及ERP等管理软件的应用，财务分析工具使用，英语熟练应用。

Experience经验：

More than 3 years of relative work experience with finance or more than 3 year of relative work experience with financial analysis.

财务相关工作经验3年或财务分析相关工作经验3年。

Attitude态度：

Strong organization, Interpersonal skills-ability to put people at ease, dependable, organized, efficient, team player, self-starter.

性格开朗、勤奋、责任心强、逻辑思维能力、较强沟通能力、良好的团队合作意识与协调能力及职业道德操守。

此职位工作地点在大兴区采育开发区育政街3号，可提供住宿，公司门前有公交车40分钟直达东三环劲松，50分钟到达亦庄。
