Major Responsibilities:
-Work closely with theHRBPs to leverage sourcing channels to build up candidate pipeline.
-conduct CV screening, Phone screening and f2f interview to idientiy right candidate for further evaluation.
-To ensure all employment policies, process and systems are implemented align with Guideline
-To take the initiative to escalate proposals on improvements regarding recruitment tools, routines and processes for most efficient work
-Support or participate Staffing program, job fair, etc.
-Fully utilize  channel of job board & company website, linkedin, internal referral promotions, headhunters etc.
-willingness to identify creative sourcing channels to fulfill critical and advanced technology positions.
-To set up yearly/monthly recruiting reports
-Enhance recruiting system Talentlink to support recruitment.
-Be proactive to build and share knowledge within all HR areas to all other team members concerned.

Knowledge / Skills /Competences:
-Willingness to search suitable candidate by different channels.
-3 years Searching experience in IT, .com industry, headhunter experience is plus.
-Quick learning & adaptation, result driven & excellent execution, can work independently under high pressures
-Good command of English, both in writing and speaking, German is strong advantage
-A demonstrated passion for HR and providing amazing customer service.
-Knowledge of excel and ppt.
