主要工作内容：
1、制药团队的表格和分析：数据汇报，分析，验证；系统运营和流程加强
2、制药团队的项目支持：校园招聘，人才盘点评估
3、行政支持：会议和大型事件管理；费用索赔，设备管理
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验，外资背景优先
2、英语书面OK，口语佳者优先考虑
3、熟悉基本的HR知识（如劳动法政策相关）
4、熟练掌握数据报告生成和分析
5、如果熟悉一些公司内部ERP工具如Workday / 4Success为佳
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
HR Dashboard and analysis for Pharma team in China
oData Reporting/analysis/validation
oSystem operation and process implementation
Projects support for Pharma team in China
oCampus campaign
oTalent review
Administrationsupport
oMeeting and event management
oOthers like Expense claim/accrual/facility management per required
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Experience & knowledge:
At least 2+yearsHR working experience in multinational company
Core competencies:
Good English level in both speaking and writing
Strong Data Analytical Skills, and skillful in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Strong learning willingness and learning agility
Good collaboration, team worker
Proactive, autonomous attitude and self-motivated
薪资福利：
税前6-8.5K，五险一金，补充医疗保险，年假15天，带薪病假5天，入职体检等等
地 址：上海市 静安区延安中路1228号 静安嘉里中心办公楼3座 （2号线静安寺）
PS：岗位为6个月合同
