1.   General Office Maintenance
2.   Occupancy Cost allocation
3.   Office Physical Security Monitoring
4.   Fire & Safety
5.   Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (DR/BCP)
6.   Helpdesk / Service Centre
7.   Office Layouts & Occupancy Database
8.   Building Management
9.   General Administrative Duties
10.  Premises Projects
11.  Access Control and Monitoring System
12.  Asset Administration
13.  Vendors and related contracts management
14.  General outsourcing staff management
15.  Office Equipment Supplies and Stationary
16.  Any other tasks assigned by Branch COO case by case

KEY COMPETENCIES
·At least 8-10 years related working experience
·Excellent written and spoken English.
·Proficient use of MS Office 97 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio).
·Experience with Microsoft Project 98 would be an advantage.
·Good communication skills
·Good team skills and able to liaise confidently with people at all levels.
·Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure at times.
