Program Management role for global market, manage all aspects of ongoing OEM/ODM programs and in house development programs for networking products.

Responsibilities:

Critical programs & activities:

- All aspects of OEM/ODM and inhouse development programs including:

- Serve as the single point of contact of ongoing daily program management/operations, ensure seamless communication across joint OEM/ODM program team and internal teams (R&D, NPI, Operations...)

- Deeply involved the program planning, execution follow up, actively drive the internal in-house development project, including software and hardware development

- Manage OEM/ODM customer/supplier relationship, ensure customer satisfaction

- Manage OEM/ODM supplier (Contracted Manufacturer) relationship, ensure product/project delivery quality

- Monitor OEM/ODM customer pipeline/rolling forecast, help maximize HAN revenue opportunity, and ensure/optimize demand/supply alignment

- Monitor, assess, migate risks around the OEM/ODM program

- Orchestrate/link/align China teams and partner's teams/resources to address all program needs:

China side: Development, QA, commercial/contract mgt, product management, marketing, training, pre- & post-sales support, OEM customer/supplier, HW/manufacturing etc.

Partner side (US, Europe): Sales, production/supply chain, product & program mgt, services, solution QA etc.

- Managing planning/development activitis of other in house design programs in China.

Qualification：

Technical or specific Skills, Behavioral or Education/Experiences:

- Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business major;

- Project/program management experiences, industry certifications (e.g. PMP) a plus;

- Strong knowledge and working experience of technology OEM/ODM business, network industry experience a plus;

- Strong knowledge and working experience on inhouse product development management (Both software and hardware)

- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbal and written;

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and virtual teaming skills in multi-national east/west cross-cultural settings;

- A self-driven go-getter, strong focus on business outcome;

- Fast learner and adapter in new environment;

- Comfortable in strong matrix environment, excellent orchestration and influencing abilities cross functional/disciplines and at multiple org levels;

- PMP certified a plus.

岗位职责：

2、负责公司IT 基础架构的规划、建设、运维，保障公司信息安全；

2、精通Windows/Linux操作系统；

3、精通网络交换机，IP电话系统的管理和维护，有阿朗企业网产品经验者优先；

4、精通HP，DELL服务器的管理和维护；

5、熟悉VMware虚拟化技术；

6、熟悉用友OA系统者优先。
