Business Development Manager

Primary Responsibilities-g*MH O, 
* Identify and secure major accounts from multinational companies typically in IT, Software, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Automotive industrieslC!.<_x1Z 
* Create and implement sales strategies and written proposals ah'-~[3 
* Work closely with operations to coordinate project execution W(B2Tr=K 
* Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts Z%> GwmW( 
* Drive RFP/RFI processes through cold calling, networking etc. VOE.)L) 
* Responsible for prospecting and building new accounts

* Strong English and Chinese language skills, must understand Chinese and Western cultures.f}c

* At least five years of prior experience in successful business development./&;F

* Experience selling complex and large technical solutions to multinational companies. ^5ec,xy 
* Expertise with understanding and articulating technical concepts in areas such as software localization, testing and multilingual publishing. G~x_J=[Y\ 
* Candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious and flexible. aLq xwsRC 
* Language skills a plus.
