Purpose of Position                                                                                                         3&~K7 
• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)tCSQI44d{7 
• Labor contract management for employeesV(vSZ`K+ 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor K07~b8`N 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archiveV 30 "3?[ 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Good skills working with employee with various background;CW Bl:$h(! 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including EnglishKK_vn.=

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) (vo 71 p

• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  <0~ZJ>xt
