Purpose of Position                                                                                                         Fg9:C5W 
• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)#+x77'4< 
• Labor contract management for employeesCEFVZ 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor s"Ryfu|z 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archiveruh6Muu 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Good skills working with employee with various background;e.N*J/AE  
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English6ZxX3rV

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) i~EV;cz8 
• Bachelor degree|nH=fhms 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  81Cze?y
