Purpose of Position                                                                                                         -..d^@C@h 
• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)[UqI|!A\ 
• Labor contract management for employees(k33n 
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor /.V;q`Kt 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archivekQI;]|)  
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management

• Good skills working with employee with various background;im=tW! {1{ 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including English/nQuMC@u) 
• CET-6=0/|vy;8D 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) i_*CZzg  
• Bachelor degree|"}) ^ A 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  wQu@+t@y" 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferred9 Cbk$&
