Purpose of Position                                                                                                         Czf`~6S 
• To support HR team’s work in hiring, L&D and compensation  

Major Responsibility 

Ongoing Responsibility

• Assist HR supervisor in the recruitment of employees (screen CV, interview coordination, offering, pre-on boarding and on boarding logistics etc.)P?U& T uE 
• Labor contract management for employeesp7DT5u  
• Help with training logistics for L&D Supervisor +#6|Uh|m 
• Be responsible for employee filing/archiveR95@X:: 
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

A. Internal Contacts - Frequent contact with employees at all levels within CSCL,  PeopleSoft data stewards in other Corning entities in China and HR Information Management 

Education & Experience  VfnQ4B!m; 
• Well organized and be attentive to details;35!iJu8] 
• Good skills working with employee with various background;%`.LC& 
• Good communication skills – both oral and in-written, including Englishyl]\cq  
• CET-6D+!Hb`b.* 
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Required Competency (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities) =I/>;Ub9 
• Bachelor degree$0gE`U 
• Minimum 3yrs. Experience in providing HR support  <_+%N) w 
• Previous experience in multi-national environment is preferredCQ R) ~
