Intern-Recruiting Coordinator
The Intern Recruiting Coordinator will interface regularly with hiring managers and external candidates to ensure the interview been arranged properly (under recruiter’s instruction). This person will be the candidate’s point of contact for interview logistics information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.
Primary Responsibilities:
l Schedule on-and off-site interviews including coordinating with the Hiring Managers
l Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the candidate’s life cycle from initial contact to start date
l Enter and track candidate information in database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information
l Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
l Manage administrative support functions for the team, such as database maintenance
l Basic candidate sourcing under recruiter’s instructions
l Manage multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary
l Highly conversant with Excel, Outlook, Word;
l A proven executive or personal assistant
l Excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high profile executives inside or outside the company, and confidential information
l Reacts with appropriate levels of urgency and tenacity to situations that require quick response or turnaround
l Thinks ahead and troubleshoots; removes obstacles before they become problems
l Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills
l Remains focused and calm under pressure
