工作内容：
1、公司内部生成采购预测，平衡之间的精度和供量；
2、创建采购订单根据客户订单、安全库存、历史人物和销售采购申请；
3、与供应商进行谈判，确保出货日程，或需要调整时，完成进度计划；
4、仓库接收问题及时解决；
5、解决发票和财务付款问题；
6、极端重视不足的项目；提供预期的交货日期给到有关人员；
7、生产供应商缺货报告并通知相关部门；
8、负责实现产品的可用性性能的均衡，库存水平和成本；执行措施以确保快速恢复到目标情况；
9、库存管理达到公司的库存目标；
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，物流、供应链、数学、统计、化学等相关专业
2、供应链概念的基础知识，特别是需求预测及物料计划
3、良好的计算机技能，尤其是办公软件（Excel）；良好的数据和数据分析能力
4、1年以上相关Planner工作经验
5、有SAP/ERP系统经验者优先考虑
6、英语口语及书写流利
7、沟通能力良好
Scope of People Responsibility
§ Generate the purchase forecast to the intercompany, balancing between accuracy and supply availability;
§ Create the purchase order according to the customer order, safety stock, historical figure and sales purchase requisition;
§ Negotiate with suppliers to ensure shipment schedule will be met, or adjusted when needed, to fulfill the schedule plan;
§ Resolve warehouse receiving issues in due time;
§ Resolve invoice and payment issues with Finance;
§ Extreme focus on shortage items; provide expected delivery date to related persons;
§ Produce supplier backorder reports and inform the related departments;
§ Responsible to achieve a balanced performance on products availability, inventory level and cost; executing actions to ensure quick recovery to off-goal situations;
§ Inventory management to reach the company inventory target;
Requirements：
• Degree in Logistics,Supply Chain, Math, Statistics, Chemistry or other related programs;
• Basic knowledge in Supply Chain concepts, especially demand forecasting & materials planning;
• Good computer skills, esp. MS office applications (Excel).
• Preferably 1 yearexperience in planning/purchasing role.
• SAP/ERP system experience is a strong plus.

• Hard working, self-motivated,detailed and strong in execution;
• Good numerical and data analytical skills;
• Fluent English – oral and written;
• Great communication skills across national and cultural boundaries (Europe, US and Asia)
• Ability to chase and deliver operational results, and to drive issues to closure.
工作地点：张江（有短驳班车），偶尔会需要到默克金桥的地址上班
