物流专员（5K+）
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. To coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for goods import/export effective and efficiently
2. Arrange trucking transportation service for domestic shipments using 3rd party forwarder
3. To be responsible for customs clearance for all product import and export transactions
4. Coordinate with corporate finance department regarding follow up payment for logistics expenses
5. Import/export related registration according to local regulations
6. Remains knowledgeable regarding import, export, customs and transportation policies
7. Identifies, selects, and develops suppliers for production and non-production materials
8. Management of the approved suppliers list and continuous evaluation of suppliers performance
9. Purchase materials for production according to planning and based on suppliers’ lead time and other appropriate information
10. Ensure purchase orders from ERP system (when it is available) are executed appropriate to ensure smooth production material releases
11. Coordinate with corporate finance to ensure all supplier payments executed
12. Ensure compliance to ISO 13485 in associated functions
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and three or more years of experience in logistics and custom clearance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Skills
-Good English in reading and writing
-Individual must have acceptable computers skills including MS office and ERP system operation.
Work Environment
The typical work environment is Office, need to go out sometimes to port for customs clearance or visit suppliers etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, lead and execute the implementation Lean tools to establish the Visual Factory in Medtec Operations
2. Establishes production schedules to meet both internal and external customer requirements;
3. Supports Medtec’s objective to meet and exceed customer expectations by positioning the plant to provide a superior product while working to improve lead-time.
4. Maintains a World Class approach to a safe work environment
5. Supports all ISO quality systems and personnel development
6. Provide random Q/A Audits within the Production Department as per established criteria.
7. Lead and motivate the team in achieving plant deliverables. Manage work flow to meet On-Time-Delivery requirements.
8. Participate in cross functional teams within the facility and with Medtec US as required.
9. Provide manpower and production capacity analysis. Manage expenses to meet facility objectives and project cost estimates.
10. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement methods for improvement
11. Resolve equipment or personnel issues within the department.
12. Develop written work instructions for all packaging and labeling processes and maintain them in accordance with ISO13485.
13. Packaging devices and printing devices maintenance and repair etc.
14. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly production/management reports as required.
15. Maintain a clean orderly work area by following the “5-S” System.
16. Routine warehouse work and warehouse staff management as well as relevant documentation work.
17. Planning of packing material, including cartons, poly-bag, pallets, labels, etc.
18. Provide all documentation work from raw material, finished goods, packing material, runner, assembly accessory.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages subordinate non-supervisory employees in the Receiving, Packaging, Labeling, Process quality audit, Warehouse functions. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and three or more years of experience in lean shop floor management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Plastic injection molding experience is preferred.
