要求:
1、大专以上学历;
2、1-2年以上行政工作经验,可考虑优秀的应届毕业生;
3、英语流利
4、熟练使用相关办公软件;
5、长相端正,礼仪佳
Office Management
- Make sure of daily office readiness in the morning
- Be responsible for professional display of the reception
- Welcome and bring in visitors or ask colleague to come to front door
- Taking care of the Board meeting room
- Establish calendar for meeting rooms; update calendar regularly Professional appearance
- Cleaning and maintenance incl. stock rooms & pantry
Courier + Mail Service
- Arrange every day pick-up with all courier service providers
- Receive mails/parcels on behalf of the colleagues
- Process customs declaration of all incoming and outgoing parcels etc. Call DHL and on request
- Review monthly express invoices ( Zhongtong & DHL)
Office supply
- Check stock & order water bottles
- Check stock and order food items (milk, sugar, tea, coffee)
- Check printers and fax machine and refill paper
HR Support
- Assisting and support on daily HR issues
- Assisting and support on HR report
- Assisting and support on Job Fair and Campus recruiting
- Support HR event organization on demand
- Other administrative tasks assigned
Travel management
- Responsible for searching and booking all travel arrangements for managers and staff (not for GM)
- Review monthly travel invoices
