Key Responsibilities:

  • Focal point for communication with employees and managers about company leave policies
  • Work with corporate teams to assign system privileges and troubleshoot access issues (ManagePointHR, MSRA, HTX…)
  • MSVacation tool management
  • Employee termination request management

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain HR Approver list for each business group
  • HR knowledge base update
  • MSVacation tool report provided, transfer cases management, leave balance cash out calculation
  • Leave requests auditing and tracking
  • Termination requests auditing and submission
  • Answer employee inquiries in CRM

Qualifications Required:

  • 1+ years HR transaction and/or administrative experience. BA/BS degree in related field is preferred. 
  • Be familiar with leave policies
  • Be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints. Ability to manage multi-task in a good time management manner.
  • The ability to work independently to achieve results. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
  • Excellent English with both oral and writing
  • Excellent Excel skill is a plus
