Title: HR Operations Specialist
Report to: HR Director
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
Maintain/update employee data (personal files/employee change records etc.) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Work with HR service provider on payroll calculation/social insurances/housing funds/IIT filing etc, make sure all deliveries are accurate, supervise vendor’s quality of service
Work with benefits service provider to ensure timely launch and renewal of all benefits programs, supervise vendor’s quality of service
Act as the interface of HRIS, ensure smooth running and upgrade of HRIS systems, supervise vendor’s quality of service
Manage onboarding and exit by coordinating with Talent team and BU to ensure the processes are in compliance.
Have deeper knowledge of labor law and relevant employment policies, be responsive to changes of related law and regulations and keep company policies consistent with prevailing ones;
Answer employees’ questions regarding employee relations, C&B etc. Set effective communication mechanism between HR Ops and internal clients
Standardize and keep optimizing HR operational process and guidelines
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above
5 years' HR Ops working experience in MNC or Internet/high-tech industry; SAP experience is a plus
Good knowledge of China Employment laws and regulations/tax and social security and relevant policie
Professional, analytical and proactive
Good command of English
