1.参与制定并实施公司绩效评估相关政策，负责组织绩效相关政策的培训，组织实施公司季度、年度员工绩效评估 

Participate in the formulation and implementation of policies related to the company performance evaluations; take charge of training programs on performance-related policies; organize and implement the company quarterly and annual performance evaluations of employees

3.参与并实施各类员工职业发展促进项目，负责新入职大学生见习期管理，落实导师制协议的签订及生产见习和专业见习 

Partake and carry out the career development and promotion programs for employees; responsible for managing production practice of newly-enrolled university students; follow through the signing of mentorship agreement, follow up production practice and professional practice

4.参与对员工岗薪变动申请进行任职资格审核

1.大学本科或以上学历，人力资源、企业管理或相关专业 

Bachelor or master degree, major in HRM or Enterprise management or related majors 

经验 

2.跨国企业或大型企业集团3年以上工作经验，其中至少1年绩效考核或人才测评与发展方面工作经验 

At least three years’ working experience in multi-national or large-sized enterprise，including at least 1 year experience in performance evaluation or talent assessment & development. 

3.熟练使用计算机与常用办公软件，英语熟练 

Advanced knowledge of computer and frequently-used office software, excellent English skill 

4.具有较强的沟通协调能力、组织计划能力及执行推进能力 

Strong communication and coordination, planning and organization as well as projects implementation capabilities
