工作内容:
1.参与制定并实施公司绩效评估相关政策,负责组织绩效相关政策的培训,组织实施公司季度、年度员工绩效评估
Participate in the formulation and implementation of policies related to the company performance evaluations; take charge of training programs on performance-related policies; organize and implement the company quarterly and annual performance evaluations of employees
2.负责人才本地化项目实施,落实外专对本地人才培养计划,参与公司核心后备人才队伍建设
Take charge of the implementation of talents localization programs; put into practice the expats-to-local-talents training planning; take part in the team building of key talent
