The Recruitment and Resourcing team is an integrated group which takes care of graduate and experienced hiring, employees’ global mobility and referral programs. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a major contribution to the development and implementation of recruitment and resourcing strategy for one of our key business areas across our KPMG China offices. y<j78bjht 
Reporting to a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategic and operational recruitment input for a specific function within our firm. You will be expected to represent KPMG both internally and externally, ensuring KPMG attracts and recruits the highest calibre of candidates to match our current and future business requirements. z/!DL%fA 
Responsibilities

-Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match, facilitate with hiring managers on hiring decisions, conduct reference check, and formulate offer letter by working with hiring managers and Human Resources Director to develop an attractive new hire package.<adS,9C, 
-Facilitate recruiting effort effectively for the hiring of professional positions.(hts"  
-Coordinate advertising placement in an effective manner, manage the effective use of search firms.u:+b)mw1 
-Track statistic and prepare periodic report of recruiting activity.l5<jY4w{g] 
-Coordinate human resources and recruiting events.53)AtJk

- Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or related will be preferred. h2{rs-vtz 
- Excellent Fresh Graduate or one year recruiting related experience i

 - Deep understanding of recruitment in the Audit/Finance/Advisory/IT Consulting will be preferred.%r=&7!s 
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.|{1:N
