Report to HR Manager

Location: Paradise Walk, Chao Yang, Beijing (龙湖长楹天街)

1.    Assist HR manager to handle HR daily work.

2.    Assist HR manager to carry out probation, and annual appraisal procedure.

3.    Handle employees’ attendance record and making it to company format.

4.    Communicate and explain policies and OA system application rules to staff.

5.  Searching CV, arrange interview.

6.  on-boarding and resign procedure.

7.  Alien staff management included but no limited applies working permit, work visa, medical check, resident permit etc. 

8.  Staff benefits management.

9.  Arrange staff training.

10.  Assist Managing Director to handle daily assistant work.

1. Junior Colleague or above.

2. Easy going, Positive, clear minds, careful with good service attitude.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, team worker.

4. Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word)

5. Good English skill both in spoken and written. CET6 is preferred.
