Responsibilities:
 Responsible for administration/validation tasks on branch offices yearly individual income tax award programs.
 Daily work includes payroll related data calculating, data verification, report generating and other HR operational administration. 
 Interlocking with government to understand the latest policy, working with Human Resource Business Partners and business line managers for program deployment and employee communications.
 Involved in other processes across HR functions
 Delivery and operation accuracy/quality enhancement.

Requirement:
 Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
 Candidate who has 3 to 5 years relevant full-time experience in Human Resource operation gained in sizable companies. 
 Solid working experience in accounting, payroll or tax processing in sizable companies. Quality assurance experience in mentioned areas is preferred.
 Good time management for performing multiple tasks in a fast paced working environment.
 Meticulous, well organized, and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
 A proactive team player with a “can do” attitude, eager to learn, willing to work overtime and work independently with minimal supervision.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
 Proficient in MS Office applications and Excel skill is a must. 
 Immediately availability is highly preferred.
